The fundamental philosophy of **Private Notes with AI Advisor** is local ownership. 
* **Your Notes Remain Local:** All the standard notes, lists, and text content you create manually within the application are stored exclusively and securely on your device's local storage.
* **No Cloud Backups:** We do not host cloud servers for your personal logs, nor do we automatically sync your personal text entries to any third-party infrastructure. 

### 2. AI Advisor Feature (Online Processing)
Our application includes an **AI Advisor** feature designed to provide high-quality insights, predefined Chain-of-Thought prompts, and concise topics summaries. 
* **Online Transmission:** Please note that the AI Advisor feature requires an internet connection to process queries. When you interact with the AI Advisor (by typing prompts or using built-in predefined templates), your query text is transmitted over a secure, encrypted connection to our AI service provider's servers to generate the response.
* **Data Minimization:** Only the specific text content explicitly submitted by you to the AI Advisor is transmitted. Your general local notes that are not part of an AI query are never accessed or transmitted.
* **No Persistent Data Selling:** The text transmitted to generate AI responses is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your instantaneous query and is not sold to third parties.

### 3. Permissions Requested
The application requests specific runtime and manifest permissions to perform its core and secondary duties:

* **`android.permission.INTERNET`**: Required to fetch responses for the online AI Advisor feature, as well as to retrieve and display advertisements.
* **`android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE`**: Used to check if your device has an active internet connection before initiating AI Advisor requests or loading ads.
* **`android.permission.POST_NOTIFICATIONS`**: Used strictly for displaying user-configured reminders. You will only receive push notifications if you intentionally set a reminder within the app.

### 4. Third-Party Services & Advertising
To support the development and maintenance of this application, we integrate third-party software development kits (SDKs). These providers may collect, track, or use contextual information to optimize functionality:

#### A. Google AdMob (Advertising)
We use Google AdMob to deliver advertisements within the app. AdMob may utilize data for personalized or non-personalized ad targeting. This data includes:
* **IP Address:** Used to estimate general geographic location for locally relevant advertising.
* **Device Identifiers:** Such as the mobile operating system's advertising ID (AAID) for tracking campaign attribution.
* **Product Interactions:** App diagnostic milestones, load/crash times, app launches, and user taps on elements.

When utilizing the AI Advisor, requests are processed securely using modern LLM APIs. Data transmitted during these API calls is secured via strict Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocols to guarantee transit privacy.
